This has been talked about on a previous thread, which was marked "solved". Well it's not. I am not happy this is costing me time and money. The printer does not do as it is described and HP have not "solved" it.
I am not interested in switching on/off the router/eprint function.......it does not work. Can some one please admit this?
I would like a full refund on my purchase of a printer without an "eprint " facility. Please inform me where you would like it dropped off/collected and how you wish to refund.
