eprint info page

Hi,

I have HP DESKJET 3520 e-ALL-IN-ONE SERIES printer. Every time I want to print something with the eprint, it only print the info page (I think I have more than 10 of it now) and not the document I need. Even if by luck the printer print the document, it always print this info page after. 

I would like to know if there is a way to make it stop.
