Eprint: Scan to Email: No Attachment

Hello Support,

 

Just installed a new Officejet Pro 8600 and testing out all of the features. the Scan to Email App appears to be having problems.

 

I tried to send attachments as Photo and Document to two different email addresses (@hp.com & gmail.com). The email arrives

email address was removed.

 

Anyway the attachment was not recieved.  Any Idea? or is there a general problem?
