I hope HP listens - the HP 8600 is a good printer. However: there are two issues that haunt me.
1) printing envelopes - who is the person who decided not to have a way to print one envelope without removing all the paper??? Even my littlest ones have this capability.
2) Why is it so difficult to change from color to black and back? This option should be in the "Properties" button when printing along with the paper size/etc. Instead you have to go through several screens to get to the part to change color options. Even then, I'm never quite sure it is working. Today I had to print twice since the 1st came out Black only and the second (after searching and hoping I clicked the right button) in color.
Would someone at HP wake up and realize these little items are BIG on a daily basis?
