Scan-to-email does not work

Hello,

My HP Photosmart 7520 is not able to scan to email. I am able to scan to PC and able to send an email for printing to the mail address of the printer, but I am not able to scan to email. The printer shows the message (I translate it from Dutch) 'Cannot connect to the webservices. Check the internet access and try again.

I checked everything, even via the webserver of the printer, it showing it is connected to the internet.

Please help!
