I am not having any problems with printing, but cannot connect to HPeprintcenter.com. I was able to scan to email. I want to turn off the apps that send coupons and weekend guides (waste of paper and ink). I was able to do this previously but now get the following error when I try to access HPeprintcenter.com:

- Make sure the web address https://h30495.www3.hp.comis correct.
- Look for the page with your search engine.
- Refresh the page in a few minutes.
- Make sure TLS and SSL protocols are enabled. Go to Tools > Internet Options > Advanced > Settings > Security
I made sure the TLS and SSL protocols were enabled. Don't know why the web address comes up the way it does instead of HPeprintcenter.com.
