I just got the HP Envy 4500 and set it up successfully. However, when I send a document to print, it will only print about half of it! I've tried it on Word and PDFs, wirelessly and wired. I've also tried on a PC laptop and a Mac laptop. I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong! For example, when printing out a recipe it will skip the title, print the first ingrediant, skip the rest of the ingrediants and then print the instructions. When I printed out a PDF document it printed the first 4 lines and skipped the next 4 and then printed the following 4, etc.
Also, this is my second printer. I got one yesterday and had the same problem. The HP call center advised me to get a new one from Best Buy, so I did that today. However with the same problems happening today, it's got to be a user error... (me!) but I have no idea what's wrong.
