I have been upgraded from ePrint to HP Connected. With this upgrade, I had to re-add my printer to resume the same activities I used with the ePrintCenter which, incidentally, I had no problems with.
According to the directions I was given, I disabled Web Services and re-enabled Web Services to obtain a claim code. Successfully done, I entered the claim code into the pop-up after clicking on +Add a Device. I received message that my printer was successfully added. HOWEVER, my printer does not show up under Devices. Instead I get the same 'It looks like you haven't added any devices to your HP Connected account. Now would be a great time to do that!' If I re-enter the claim code, I get message that printer has already been claimed. So where is it?
I have used the Opera and Foxfire browsers with the same results. I have rebooted both computer and printer. I have checked for updates. I have disabled and re-enabled Web Services on my printer and re-entered a new claim code half a dozen times and still my printer is not showing up under Devices.
Please advise as I am becoming quite frustrated with this 'new, improved' HP Connected and want the old ePrintCenter back.
