I'm not a particularly technical-minded person so please bear with me!
I've been using the instant ink service for almost 2 years (since I purchased printer) and have never had any problems.
However, I had to install new ink cartridges a couple of weeks ago and believe one of them may have been faulty as parts of the printed pages were missing. I followed the instructions (on the printer and in HP Support Assistant) and ended up having to re-align the printer heads and do LOTS of test printouts.
My monthly invoice came in yesterday and is MUCH HIGHER than it has ever been before. I think this could be because of all the test printouts I had to do. (Because a cartridge was faulty?)
I would add that my current amount of printing is actually much less than it has been previously as I'm nearing retirement and my company is being 'run-down'. (Not so much printing as has been done previously - hope that makes sense!)
As payment is set up by Direct Debit, how can an invoice be queried? Can anyone assist/guide please?
