I have changed my Printer's IP address. Actually it was previously through DHCP now I have configured it manually (Static).
Therefore I had to reconfigure and reinstall my printer. Hence I removed the previous (offline) printer from HP Connected and added new printer (printer's new code). But when I wanted to changed the printer's email address from printercode@hpeprint.com to medicalogic@hpeprint.com. It gave an error that, it has already been taken because I changed it in my previous printers. So could you please remove my said medicalogic@hpeprint.com email address from your record so that I could take it again.
