I have a Office Jet 6100. It is my second one as the first was replaced under warranty with the same issue -- print heads.
Every day, before I print any color items, I have to waste about a half hour (and a lot of ink) cleaning & recleaning the print heads.
This does not appear to be a print cartridge quality issue since I have seen the same happen with both HP and brand X cartridges.
I am about to toss it in the trash. I have other color printers that NEVER have required print head cleaning.
Am I alone in this experience?
