I purchased the Photosmart 7525 from Costco just over two weeks ago. I have yet to get the Apps to work at all. When trying the 4 apps already installed on the printer, it says "Apps Updating..Please Wait. Cancelling". Hitting "Get More", yields the same result. From what I have read, those unfortunate people like myself that have a model with a "TH" in the serial number, are out of luck. The product does not work out of the box as advertised. Can we get a definitive answer from HP on what the problem is and how is there not a recall on the product? It is quite the fraudulent business practice to keep a product on the shelf that knowingly s defective.
