So far I have only used the printer connected to a PC with a USB cable. I wanted to be able to print wirelessly from a laptop and have tried to change the printer setup using the utility in the help centre.
I got a message that the connection could not be made and to contact HP support. Unfortunately the warranty ran out last September without me ever having tried the wireless connection.
From the screen on the printer I printed Wireless Network Test Results which said ATTENTION The wireless radio is not functioning. Contact HP support.
Would this involve replacing a part and how large a job is it? I have done a number of repairs on equipment myself before.
