I am having the same issue with apps cancelling. all else is working..Just tested my email and it is printing out. What is the problem? I updated firmware. I have a Mac that I am using with it. Is the internet symbol supposed to be lit on the glass screen on the left? The one wireless internet light is blue on the right side of the unit.
