HP eprint won't print mails

The latest upgrade of the application in ipad2 or iphone5 do not print emails. After transferring the contents, it says print job cannot be completed when successfully connected to my HP Deskjet Ink Advantage 3540 e-All-in-One Printer.
Surprisingly there is no problems in printing a photo from the same ipad or iphone!!
Is anyone else facing this problem? Is there a way out?
