printer 6100 will not print more than the first page - does not continue to next pages

I have an HPofficejet6100 - when I go to print first page prints fine - but cannot get the printer to print remaining page - I have clicked on  the ALL button - I have clicked on --print page 1 - 2 --- still only prints the first page - going crazy -
