Eprint works on iPhone not iPad mini email

I have eprint up and running fine on my iPhone 4s and am able to print my emails from the app. . But I cannot get my same email to validate on my iPad mini 2. I checked and used the exact same settings from the iPhone. Yet my iPad mini 2 will still not validate my email. Anyone have any ideas why the iPad mini 2 won't but my iPhone will?
