I am using a Deskjet 4625. I would like to get the printer claim code from my printer but unfortunately the printer doesnt show anything after I press the ePrint button (repeatedly). Is there a problem with my printer or I missed certain steps? The printer is connected to wireless network (blue light on wireless button is on), and I have no problem sending file to print from my laptop using wireless network. Thanks.
