When I sent an e-mail to my HP e-print enabled printer, all that prints is a copy of the e-mail body, not the pdf attachment to the e-mail.
The printer is HP OfficeJet Pro 8600 Plus and I have connected it to the web per the instructions. I figure it is connected to the web because it prints the body of the e-mail that I send to it.
My e-print center log is telling me the pdf I am trying to print was created prior to 2002 so it doesnt print. But I then I re-saved the pdf using an up to date version of adobe and the printing still suffers the same fate: all that prints is a copy of the body of the e-mail message, no pdf. I am not sure how to fix this.
Next I tried sending a word document attached to an e-mail to print using e-print. Again all that prints is a body of the e-mail, not the attached document.
I have used outlook.com and gmail.com to send e-mails to e-print, both have the same outcome.
Can you help?
