The Savings Bundle printable and Coupons sections appended to other printables are temporarily unavailable as of Thursday May 1.
Both scheduled printing and print latest functions for the Savings Bundle will be unavailable:
- Scheduled printing will not occur
- Print Latest will not be available
The Savings Bundle printable will not be accessible from the printer front panel, if selected the front panel will display: "“There was an unexpected problem with this printable. Please try again later." Scheduling the printable will also be unavailable on HP Connected.
Coupon pages appended to other printables will not print, but the printable itself will print. For example, if you are receiving the 7 Day Meal Planner w/appended coupons, the 7 Day Meal Planner will still print, but the appended coupons will not.
Our teams are working on an update to restore the Savings Bundle printable and appended coupons, and this post will be updated when service is restored.
