I have the most frustrating problem. I have an 8600 All-in-one printer set up to use the eprint services.
I have not changed the settings for a long time. Today I wanted to add a new "approved" email address
and tried to log in to www.hpconnected.com.
1. When going to www.hpconnected.com I constantly get redirected to www.hpeprintcenter.com
2. When I try to hit "recover password" on hpeprintcenter.com the page tells me that I am already migrated to www.hpconnected.com and should recover it from there which means go to 1...
Deadlock!
Help?
