I tried to post this in the existing thread about the topic, but I wasn't allowed, so I have no choice but to start an additional thread
I just bought a new HP 8600 Pro Plus and after setting it up the status on HPConnected.com says;
Problem with Printer
"An unspecified problem was reported. Please check your printer.
See printer front panel for information on resolving this condition"
But there is no problem indicated on the coontrol panel on the printer.
The printer seems to work okay, but if the HP system says there is a problem I want to know what it is given that it is brand new out of the box. Maybe I should take it back to the store for a refund ?
