I have an HP Envy 100 D410 printer that prints fine.
It's connected to wifi and the AirPrint functionality works well although none of the on-screen apps seem to.
Despite that issue, my problem is that e-Print doesn't seem to work.
When I log into HP Connect, and click on Devices, it states that the printer is offline. But I can AirPrint to it fine and I can print to it from my Windows 7-based HP Envy 14 (2010) fine as well.
I don't see anyting in the HP Connect interface that allows me to turn the printer "online." The below image is all that I get is the following image.

While I can print from the iPhone HP ePrint App, I cannot connect the HP printer to the Google Cloud printing service because when I add the printer's registered email address, the Google interface says that it could not contact HP.

What can I do to get this printer back online?
