I receive the same error message as noted previously...when attempting to scan a document to emai. I get the "unable to connect to web services". This has previously worked for months, including as recently as last week. I tried powering on/off the printer and my router. No luck. I tried the manual DSN config 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4. posted below. Still no luck.
Please help - i noticed several comments below...see your forum inbox...I am hoping there are other options to get this to work.
