I am unable to print out the claim code on a 6500A Plus printer. The printer's WiFi connection is working properly. However when I attempt the Web Services setup the printer displays "Checking For Product Updates" followed by "Now Printing" but nothing ever prints out even though the paper does advance to begin the print.
