Deskjet 3520 and e Print on an iPad with Hotspot from Verizon, also using HP laptops with Win 7

I have a client with an iPad with a Hotspot for connecting to the Internet. She wants to print from the iPad to the HP Deskjet 3520 from it. She also wants to connect two HP laptops to the Hotspot and print to the DJ3520.

I called HP and the first guy told me I had made the wrong selection, it wasn't a printer error, it was an issue using the iPad and sent my call to the iPad department. He told me he had no idea how to help. He sent my call to an American guy and he said it was a software issue and not an HP problem. He wouldn't even give me a website to go to for the software much less help me.

I called Apple, he said it was an HP issue and to call HP back.

I called Verizon and SHE was able to assist me. We got all three units to print to the printer and hung up with her. We understood that we would have to open e Print on the iPad and then select print. However, after she hung up we couldn't get it to print again. We couldn't even find the printer in the list on the Print screen. It keeps trying to force us to use the UPS store nearby?!?!?!?

When we tried to get the two HP laptops to print wirelessly using the i Pad network it worked once and no more. What's more, the network dissappeared. HP ePrint showed up briefly. Then the printer seemed to have it's own network ID, (HP Deskjet 3520). But we connected to both networks and still couldn't locate the printer from the selection.

We tried the troubleshooting from the printer wizard but it kept reporting no printer found.

WT? .
