I use the software which came with my 6500 E710a-f printer, and have configured it to block junk faxes.
Using the details on the software screen, I add numbers to the block list.
The problem is that it does not block junk faxes, based upon the repeat calls by numbers already in the block list.
And that wastes paper! Because of the quality of items I do print, I keep good paper in the printer, so that I can have it available when a proposal, report, or even a photo or diagram needs to be printed. Yes, I can add the paper or change from cheap to good, but being partially disabled, it makes crossing the room to do this, a bit of a chore.
So when faxes print from already blocked numbers, I am both wasting good paper, and wasting time entering numbers to be blocked.
Can anyone tell me what I am missing here? My system is running Win 8 Pro 32-bit, with 2GB RAM and a lot of open HD space.
Thank you,
Alex
