I have an Hp Officejet 6500A Plus unit. The eprint was setup and did work quite well. Now when I try to sign in, it states my email address in invalid. The Hp printer states the address I'm using is correct and Hp verifies the address I'm using for ePrint Is valid. BUT, the sign in menu rejects it as INVALID. I would like to have it deleted so that I can start over. Is that possible. OR -- can the current address be again accepted rather than rejected.
